Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@allavera.com. Returns must be sent to the following address: Office 17594, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and, once accepted, place a new order.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time. If 15 or more business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@allavera.com.
